Job Summary As a Regulatory Reporting Manager within the Escheatment Department, you will oversee the end-to-end process of reporting and remitting abandoned property for JPMorgan Securities LLC. You will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reporting activities. In this role, you will coordinate large-scale operational initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and support the development of new compliance programs. Job Responsibilities Manage the process of reporting and remitting abandoned property across multiple lines of business and product types Act as an intermediary between internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining critical relationships Coordinate large-scale remittance of various product types to multiple states under strict regulatory deadlines Utilize proprietary and industry-standard data management tools to identify and implement automation opportunities Lead challenging projects, promote process streamlining, and support the career development of direct and matrix reports Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency for all reporting purposes Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Ability to analyze complex and ambiguous issues and recommend creative solutions Must obtain Series 99 within 180 days of hire Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a focus on risk mitigation and efficiency Ability to synthesize information and communicate concise messages to management Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment Demonstrated track record of improving processes, meeting goals, and managing competing priorities with diverse stakeholders High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Data and analytical experience, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process improvements Five or more years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in operations; management experience is a plus Familiarity with automation, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Python) Escheatment experience is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr JPMorgan Chase & Co.
