• Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 an hour. (Depends on wrok experience) 
• Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Payroll Protection. Note-Benefits are available the 1st of month after completing 90 days of employment.  
• Paid Time Off: Employee receives 1-week paid time-off after 1 year of employment and 2-weeks after 5 years. 
• Hours (per week): 40 
• Schedule: Monday Through Friday. 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. 
• Overtime/Weekends: occasional 
• Vehicle: OPM provides the vehicle for deliveries. Note-Employee is responsible for transportation to and from work.  
• Uniform: Employee is responsible for steel toe boots, hard hat.  
• Tools: Employee is responsible for providing basic sheet metal hand tools as well as hand-held power tools such as drill & reciprocating saw. Note-OPM provides welders and other larger equipment necessary for job completion.  
• Impact driver/drill with 5/16’ & 1/4” drivers 
• Left & Right (red and green) tin snips  
• Hammer (preferably duct hammer) 
• Flathead screwdriver 
• Tape measure 
• Sharpie marker 
• Gloves  
• Tool Belt 
• Steel Toe Boots 
• Hardhat 

Qualifying Requirements 

• Experience Welding 
• Experience Fabricating Sheet Metal 
• Clean Driving Record  
• No Felony Charges  
• Reliable Form of Transportation 
• Reliable Smart Phone 
• Steel Toe Boots 
• Hardhat 
• Good Communication Skills 
• Ability To Read Blueprints
