Educate customers about insurance options using a personalized, needs-based review approach. Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market the right products and services to meet those needs. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with an ability to actively listen and build rapport. A people-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in solving problems. Ability to quickly learn new computer functions and technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
