Front Desk Manager: Guest Experience Lead

Magnolia Hotels

Magnolia Hotels in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and leading the front desk team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a high volume setting and experience with property management systems. Responsibilities include fostering relationships across departments to guarantee exceptional guest experiences, overseeing the completion of checklists, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
