Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current, active state licensure as required
• Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to track progress and modify therapies as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input to guide educational decisions
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to support students’ communication development
