What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to a diverse patient population
• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to prioritize and implement treatment plans
• Document patient information and care activities thoroughly and precisely
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with hospital protocols
• Adhere to all hospital safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Support patient advocacy and education throughout their emergency care experience

What You Need

• Valid Kansas or multistate RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER and Med/Surg experience

• Prior experience working in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
