Finance Operations Leader

Overview: Growing manufacturing organization seeking a strategic finance leader to support multiple production facilities. This role serves as a key business partner to operations leadership, driving financial performance, cost management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial controls, and reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Provide insights on operational performance, labor costs, and capital investments.
• Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or operations finance experience.
• Strong forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis skills.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Compensation:

• $140,000-$160,000 base salary + bonus
