We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team and contribute to the next generation of connected fitness products.YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONDesign and develop electrical systems and circuits for new and existing Peloton products, including consumer electronics, motor controls, power supplies, and sensor integrationConduct rigorous testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and safety standards (e.g., UL, CE, FCC). This involves debugging hardware, analyzing test data, and implementing design changes as neededWork closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineering, firmware, software, and industrial design, to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into the final productCollaborate with our manufacturing partners to ensure designs are manufacturable, and provide support during production ramp-upStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our productsYOU BRING TO PELOTONA Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in power systems, power supplies, and consumer electronics developmentDeep understanding of power systems, AC and DC motors, and line-connected appliance designsStrong experience in both internal and joint development work, working with overseas JDM and CM partnersUnderstanding of regulatory requirements, including design for UL and CE safety and EMC requirementsProficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout toolsExperience with microcontroller-based system designHands-on experience with lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and motor test equipmentThis role requires 4–6 trips annually, involving both domestic and international travel to Asia and MexicoExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our Woodinville, WA headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
