Physical Therapist / Clinic Director

We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role due to a relocation within the current team. This clinic opened in October 2024 and is continuing to grow its clinical presence and patient base.

Our office offers a highly supportive environment where the owner manages all non-clinical operations, allowing the Clinic Director to focus primarily on patient care, clinic flow, and clinical oversight!

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $100,000 annually depending on experience
• Flexible compensation structure based on background and leadership experience

Schedule

• Full-Time Preferred Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible part-time options available

Position Overview

• 100% outpatient setting
• One-on-one patient care model
• 60-minute treatment sessions with 30-minute support from a Physical Therapist Assistant and Rehab Tech
• Patient population includes adults through geriatrics
• Clinical focus includes:
  • Orthopedics
  • Neurological conditions
  • Balance therapy
  • Vestibular therapy

Clinic Director Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic flow and clinical operations
• Supervise clinical support staff including PTA oversight
• Review and sign off on PTA documentation
• Maintain strong patient care standards and team collaboration
• Leadership experience is not required for this opportunity

Qualifications

• Clear and active North Carolina Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable working autonomously in a growing clinic environment
