Shield Line Operator

Location: Starkville, MS Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

What You’ll Do

• Precision Production: Operate the shield line to ensure all products meet exact quality specifications.

• Material Management: Safely inspect reels, manage loading/unloading, and execute precise hook splices to maintain correct overlap.

• Quality Control: Perform consistent checks on outer diameter, print quality, and product dimensions to ensure we deliver the best results.

• Workflow Optimization: Interpret production orders, prepare for upcoming job changes, and maintain accurate records of your output.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace, adhering to all production protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Readiness: Comfortable using hand tools and measurement instruments; capable of performing basic math.

• Reliability: Proven ability to follow detailed instructions, meet strict deadlines, and work well within a team.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, frequently bend, twist, squat, and reach, and safely lift up to 45 lbs.

• Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation & Benefits

• Strong Hourly Pay: Starting at $19.77/hr .

• Night Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.00/hr for your night shift work.

• Environment: This is an active production environment that is non-climate-controlled. We value team members who are comfortable working in varying temperatures and around industrial machinery.
