Client Relations Manager - Maintenance (49599)

Juniper is a full‑service landscaping company serving the Southeast. We are seeking a Client Relations Manager who will act as the liaison between Juniper and our clients, setting realistic expectations and ensuring those expectations are met for their landscaping needs. Responsibilities Grow existing client business and secure new clients within Construction Landscaping Services. Set and manage client expectations. Build strong, favorable relationships with clients. Manage all interactions with a client's decision maker (DM) regarding deadlines, pricing, and follow‑up. Handle the financial aspect of contracted work, including original contracts and change orders. Communicate project scope, deadline, and expectation changes to the DM, even after the job is ongoing. Gather accurate information for the estimating and design teams. Hand over contracted work to operations with accurate plans, proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules. Monitor and be accountable for project and account gross margin. Communicate with operations to ensure client contacts are understood and expectations are clear for every new project. Report potential and secured sales weekly. Create market forecasts to aid company demand planning. Qualifications Sense of urgency – never a day without responding to a client call or email, with prompt follow‑up. Over‑communication internally and externally. Clear understanding of the market and client base, with accurate reporting on market state and client performance. Strong networking ability; active participation in relevant organizations to promote Juniper’s brand and secure new opportunities. Knowledgeable in scopes such as horticulture, pest & fertilization, arbor work, etc. High proficiency with office products, presentation preparation, and client‑catered marketing materials. Strong industry reputation is a plus. Certified CEU instructor is a plus. All relevant licenses and qualifications are a plus.
