Real Estate Coordinator

Position Summary As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will support the Real Estate team in developing and managing assets such as billboards, digital displays, and signage across market territories. Responsibilities Process invoices and prepare monthly revenue statements. Prepare capital expenditure requests and process checks. Set up vendors and process "Lease Change Forms". Maintain lease records, including electric payments, property tax records, certificates of insurance, business licenses, and lease files (digital and hard copy). Assist with due diligence for development opportunities and lease renewals. Walk or drive the market to photograph sign inventory and support real‑estate reps. Communicate with property owners for copy approvals and other lease‑servicing tasks. Assist with preparing presentations, templates, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or similar). 2–5 years of related work experience; Oracle background helpful. Paralegal knowledge preferred; property‑management experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Ability to multi‑task, project‑manage, and coordinate with multiple team members. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong written and oral communication; analytical capability and interest in real estate/advertising. Compensation The salary range is $30–$35 per hour. Compensation is determined during the interview process.
