Step-Down RN: Lead Patient Care & Team Mentor

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population. The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based care, execute care plans, and educate patients and families.
