Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Client Services Project Manager III to independently manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic projects. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, serving as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing to healthcare and life-science solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage moderate to strategic client projects from initiation through completion
  • Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders for consistent execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and service aspects of projects
  • Develop solutions to optimize project outcomes and shape client strategy
  • Support and provide guidance to team members on project leadership matters

Requirements

  • Advanced degree plus 3 years project management experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred
  • Life sciences, engineering, or health-related field of study preferred
  • Expertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferred
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Experience with GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems
