Overview Seeking an innovative and passionate Technical Lead to manage key components of our client’s next generation Customer Care Platform. The ideal candidate will possess technical leadership experience on the Salesforce Service cloud platform and is passionate about delivering quality user experience to millions of customers across delivery channels and lines of business. Candidates should have experience working in the Customer Care/Contact Center space and possess attention to detail and a track record of flawless execution. Responsibilities This position will be the team champion for all Salesforce implementations and participate/lead the modernization of customer care platforms through automation, agentic AI, workflow optimization and integration. The tech lead will also support the rollout of additional Salesforce products like – FSC, Data Cloud, Agentforce, etc. In addition, the manager will - Partner with business, UX design and back-end API teams to stand up contact center capabilities across delivery channels of voice, chat, SMS, and push notifications Lead the development and deployment of new features with your team Qualifications 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in a technical field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education Technical Skills Expert level experience with Salesforce platform (Lightning) and products like – Data Cloud, Agentforce, Financial Services Cloud, etc. Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration components with expertise around creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, reports, custom workflows and approval processes within Salesforce Must have Salesforce certifications like - Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Administrator/Advanced Administrator or Service Cloud. Must have experience with Eclipse IDE, Force.com ANT, Developer Console for development, debugging and query Must have experience working with integration features such as callouts, future methods, batch and scheduled apex, REST and SOAP APIs GraphQL experience is preferred Must have experience with SFDC Developer, Apex data loader for data loads (inserts/updates) in Salesforce Hands-on experience with both point-and-click configuration as well as programmatic customization Understand the importance of design and UX, provide effective translation to code, artifacts and implement appropriate integration approach for desktop solutions Participate in architecture, design, documentation, development, and deployment efforts while addressing security and cross-platform concerns. Leading application solution design for Auto and Bank desktop applications Work with Business SME, Technical Analysts, and Architects to produce solutions and work actively with on and off-shore team members Behavioral & Communication Skills Excellent communication skills at all levels, from team members to senior management Must have the ability to work in a team within an Agile operating model Address the technical questions from the team and stakeholders Work with the team to complete the product backlog and release plan Must be able to help communicate ideas and best practices to more junior developers #J-18808-Ljbffr
