Leasing Professional – Icon Lakewood | North Little Rock, AR Leasing Experience Required | Monthly Commission | Full Benefits | Career Growth Looking for a leasing career with a stable company that invests in its people? Brookside Properties is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional for Icon Lakewood in North Little Rock. If you enjoy building relationships, closing leases, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Receive Competitive hourly pay + monthly commission opportunities 120 hours PTO (0–4 years) | 160 hours PTO (5+ years) Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with generous company match Paid holidays Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement What We're Looking For Previous apartment leasing experience is required High school diploma or GED Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Entrata is a plus Comfortable using social media for marketing (Facebook, Instagram) Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work Saturdays What You'll Do Conduct apartment tours and convert prospects into residents Process applications, leases, and renewals accurately Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Maintain model apartments and ensure curb appeal Assist with resident retention and community events Perform daily property inspections Maintain accurate resident files and leasing documentation Follow Fair Housing and company policies at all times If you're an experienced leasing professional looking for a company that offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to earn commission, and become part of the team at Icon Lakewood . #J-18808-Ljbffr
