Key responsibilities include: Teamwork & Collaboration: Supporting fellow stylists and front desk staff to maintain a smooth, positive work environment. Provide professional hair styling services, including washing, blowdrying and stylist to clients. Provide updos, braids, and extension services Deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experiences. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques through continuous education. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Salon Cleanliness: Folding and restocking clean towels Taking out trash as needed Dusting surfaces and wiping down shelves, counters, and styling stations Cleaning and sanitizing brushes and combs Keeping the break room tidy and organized Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies.
