What you'll do

Plan and lead activity programs that meet residents' social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical needs
Complete activity assessments, MDS activity sections and care plans
Build and post the monthly activity calendar
Plan community events with staff, families and residents
Support group and one-on-one activities: arts and crafts, outings, religious and educational programs

What you bring
