About the Role

Picture a workday where you keep materials moving so production never misses a beat. As a Production Material Handling Technician, you’ll navigate the warehouse and production floor to stage parts, replenish lines, and ready outbound orders. You’ll rely on pallet jacks and hand trucks (and if you’ve touched a forklift before, that’s a plus) to load, unload, and position goods. Your efforts help the team hit daily production goals while keeping the facility orderly and safe.

A Day in the Life

• Start by reviewing priorities, then move and organize materials and finished products where they’re needed most.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and similar equipment; forklift experience is beneficial.
• Support shipping and receiving: stage inbound items, assist with inventory organization, and prep outbound loads.
• Handle general warehouse tasks—cleaning, housekeeping, and tidying work areas.
• Stack, label, wrap, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at every step.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production targets and help with additional tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred, not required.
• Comfort repeatedly lifting 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Steel-toe boots may be required depending on the assignment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day or evening scheduling may be available; overtime opportunities may also be offered.
