The Hillcrest of North Dallas
The Hillcrest of North Dallas is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to assess psychosocial needs and coordinate access to services for residents at our Dallas, TX facility. You will complete social histories, maintain regulatory documentation, and help ensure resident rights and transitions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
