Work schedule that supports work‑life balance. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Both experienced hygienists and new graduates are welcome. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs. Ability to meet clinical needs as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
