Position SummaryThe Landscape Foreman plays a hands-on leadership role in transforming yards into lasting outdoor spaces. This position leads a small crew through complex landscape installations while mentoring team members, solving problems in real time, and delivering high-quality results that reflect Sunnyside Gardens’ standards.This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role—but for the right person, it’s deeply rewarding. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, sun exposure, humidity, noise, and exposure to soil, plants, and landscaping materials.
