Production Lab Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Production assists in all aspects of the manufacturing of soft contact lenses. Responsibilities
• Running small lathe like machines (sometimes 4 at a time)
• Loading and unloading small parts into machines
• Using a microscope to inspect quality.
• Loading small parts (as small as a contact lens) into a wash tank, sometimes using tweezers and hands
• Entering each batch measurements into software system
• Keeping track of production with paper prescriptions

Production Lab Technician Qualifications:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

•Ability stand all day

•Ability to handle extremely small parts

•Ability to multi-task AKA running multiple machines at once
