We are seeking a Social Coordinator & Marketing Operations professional to support a multi-brand consumer portfolio, helping execute social content, creative services, influencer programs, brand marketing initiatives, and operational processes in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing multiple priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing content moves efficiently through review, approval, publication, and reporting workflows. Key Responsibilities Social Content Operations & Publishing Schedule, publish, and monitor content using Sprout Social Maintain editorial calendars in Notion Review content for accuracy, formatting, and quality Support social copywriting, captions, and content requests Coordinate social collaboration and community monitoring Content Review & Regulatory Operations Coordinate reviews with Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams Upload and maintain materials within Veeva/Vault Track revisions, approvals, and compliance requirements Ensure claims and approved language remain current Digital Asset Management Maintain DAM systems and asset libraries Manage metadata, permissions, and user access Organize final production assets and creative files Support labeling, artwork updates, and design workflows Brand Marketing Operations Support brand campaigns, promotions, and activations Manage purchase orders and vendor coordination through Coupa Track operational projects and maintain marketing workflows Assist with competitive intelligence and reporting Budget & Creative Services Support Track marketing budgets and expenditures Coordinate creative vendors and production resources Support product logistics, shipping, inventory, and event needs Assist with event planning and execution Influencer Marketing Administration Support influencer campaigns and fulfillment logistics Manage documentation, permissions, reporting, and asset tracking Coordinate follow-up actions with internal teams Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, social media, influencer marketing, brand marketing, or related areas Experience with social publishing and content management workflows Experience supporting regulated review processes preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Wimmer Solutions Corporation
