Benefits $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS ** Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM*: Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Work Schedule & Location Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary between 7:00am - 5:30pm; additional days/hours may be requested, including a Saturday rotation. Typical work schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position Includes Overtime. Work Location: 1950 Mountain View Ave., Longmont, CO 80501. Territory coverage includes Longmont, Fort Collins, Boulder, Louisville, Westminster and surrounding areas. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Maintain patient and specimen information logs Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred Valid Driver's License and good driving record Must be at least 21 years old Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently or in a team Comfortable working under minimal supervision Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable Flexibility to work overtime as needed Able to pass a standardized color blindness test Equal Opportunity Labcorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
