Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring a knowledgeable, experienced Front of House Manager.
Join the famiglia! Il Fornaio provides the most authentic Italian dining experience outside of Italy. We provide an excellent training program, growth potential for promotion, employee recognition and a full benefits package including paid vacation and paid sick days. Weekends are required.
Il Fornaio Restaurant FOH Manager Requirements / Responsibilities
Applicant must have:
A minimum of 2 years upscale dining management and table service experience
- A strong organizational style with a keen eye for food service details
- Full bar with "hands on" specialty cocktail preparation
- CA and Italian wine service knowledge
- A history of achievement in the restaurant and hospitality industry
- A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- A positive leadership style.
