We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. What you’ll do Coordinate the work and activities of EMTs, First Responders and Nurses during emergency and non-emergency transports Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at all times Receive, prioritize and dispatch calls in computer aided dispatch software (CAD) Intake large volume of calls and determine appropriate level of EMS responsible required Operate radio communication device, multi-line telephone system and various computer systems What you’ll need Open availability – we are a 24/7 operation so hours will vary Dispatch experience is preferred but not required Proficient computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in high pressure situations Clean background check Negative drug screening Perks Competitive compensation $20.00-24.00 based on experience Benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance) Health Benefits starting at $10.00 weekly Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) after 6 months of service Opportunities for growth and advancement $5000 Tuition Reimbursement Job type: Full-time Day shift 7a -7p TriCare Medical Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer Requirements BLS Dispatcher #J-18808-Ljbffr
