Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN for a 13-week travel contract in Rochester, NY. This role requires floating and involves managing a patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 on a high-volume medical-surgical/telemetry unit. First time travelers are welcomed, provided they meet patient ratio experience requirements and have charting experience with EPIC.

Key Responsibilities of the MS/Tele RN

• Monitor telemetry and manage dysrhythmias
• Utilize rapid response and code teams
• Administer blood products and manage central/PICC lines
• Perform phlebotomy and peripheral line care
• Provide feeding tube care and management
• Handle orthopaedic trauma and total joint replacements
• Manage surgical drains, high flow nasal cannula, and portable oxygen
• Implement isolation precautions and wound care

Requirements of the MS/Tele RN

• Valid NY Nursing License in hand
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Experienced with EPIC charting system
• Charge experience required
