About the Position

Primary Care in Central Minnesota

Step into an established, physician-led primary care practice where you can inherit a full patient panel, exercise broad clinical autonomy, and shape your daily practice model. Supported by experienced APPs and visiting medical subspecialists, you will deliver comprehensive care while avoiding metropolitan corporate micromanagement. This full-time position in Central Minnesota provides immediate clinical volume paired with extraordinary upfront financial incentives.

• Strong Guaranteed Income: $315,000 to $330,000 base salary for the first two years with immediate RVU incentives
