Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of integrity in client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
