Manage project accounting, client billing, and revenue recognition. Oversee payroll, cash management, and day-to-day banking activity. Prepare financial statements and support budgeting and financial forecasting. Serve as a key point of contact for the external CPA firm during year-end. Improve accounting processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Experience within professional services, consulting, or another project-based environment required. Deltek VantagePoint experience strongly preferred. Strong ability to work independently and take full ownership of key accounting functions.
