Personal Injury Litigation Trial Paralegal (On-site/Irving TX)

We fight for clients injured in 18-wheeler trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents (MVA), and other complex personal injury cases. We are seeking a highly skilled Trial Paralegal to join our litigation team in-office and support attorneys in preparing cases from intake through trial. Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation and trial preparation . Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and trial exhibits. Organize and maintain litigation files, medical records, and case management systems. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics. Prepare trial binders, witness lists, and courtroom materials. Assist with jury selection, trial exhibits, and attorney support during trial. Conduct legal and factual research as needed. Communicate with clients, experts, and court staff in a professional manner. Minimum 10+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal in personal injury law. Strong knowledge of Texas state and federal court rules . Proven experience in trial preparation and courtroom support . Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
