Restaurant Manager

The General Restaurant Manager will have to have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Restaurant! Ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, catering, field staff throughout the day to day. Select Responsibilities: Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned throughout the day. Exceptionally guest and hospitality oriented. High-energy individual who loves the hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and help develop our next group of managers. Develop and manage staff & menus. Manage back stock inventory performance relationships with suppliers. Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management. Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program. Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program. Serve Safe Certification - Preferred, not required. Must have reliable transportation. 2-3 years of management and/or craft supervisor experience. What's on Offer: Competitive base salary.
