Director - Business Manager, Retirement AI Strategy

Business Management The Business Management job is responsible for providing strategic support for the assigned business area. While focusing on high level projects, this job executes strategic business management consulting to leaders by analyzing metrics and presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies and routines, and being the central point of contact for leaders in the execution of business management tasks. This job is considered a subject matter expert in the Business Management area. Key Responsibilities and Duties Acts as a day‑to‑day technical/functional expert in assigned area and makes decisions on tactical issues that impact the business. Maintains and supports implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy. Implements process improvements. Analyzes and reports on area data (financial, headcount, etc.) and performance metrics. Supports business management projects by monitoring and tracking risks, issues and action items. Drives and oversees meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives. Influences the development of new strategic initiatives through tracking budgets and milestones. Educational Requirements University (Degree) Preferred Work Experience 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred Physical Requirements Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work Career Level 8IC This role will support the Retirement CAO team with the Retirement AI strategy and execution, including adoption of internal tools, development of new use cases, and execution of best practices. Will support how AI and technology is evolving our workforce, and required change management. May own managing projects within AI portfolio. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience on AI related projects, programs, or strategy 2+ years of executive reporting and storytelling Desired Qualifications Experience with technology change and driving adoption to evolving standards, such as AI integration Related Skills Adaptability Business Acumen Collaboration Communication Consultative Communication Detail-Oriented Executive Presence Financial Acumen Messaging Effectiveness Prioritizes Effectively Problem Solving Project Management Relationship Management Strategic Thinking Anticipated Posting End Date 2026-07-17 Base Pay Range $95,100/yr - $140,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
