Acts as a resource to the staff for operational issues and to any other customer who needs assistance.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:****EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:**1. Releases medical records and Protected Health Information per protocols and adheres to HIPAA6. Communicates with patients and clinic staff to ensure proper paperwork is available for the office visit.7. Monitors use of hospital resources. Assists with ensuring supplies are available.8. Ensures excellence of service in all clinics where employee is assigned to work9.
