Maintains customer records by updating account information.2. Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, information about other products and services.3. Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes.4. Maintains detailed files for documentation.5. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.6. Maintain accurate pricing, execute price adjustments.7. Purchase tooling, sheets and finished goods and process vendor invoices and invoices to customers8. Maintain inventory9. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, arrange pick up of material, process credit to customer10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.11.
