Collaborate with teammates to meet goals and celebrate successes together. Skills & Experience Retail experience, preferably in fast‑fashion. Strong collaboration skills to drive team results. Basic understanding of retail principles such as sales, stock control, and service delivery. Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication, customer‑service, and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Physical Requirements Move around the store throughout the shift. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Squat or kneel regularly for tasks such as accessing under‑storage bins or conducting visual resets. Use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely when required. Compensation Part‑time, hourly paid position with a wage rate of $13.00 per hour.
