Job Summary At J.P. Morgan Chase, the Private Client Investment Associate in Wealth Management provides client service, operational marketing and administrative support to Private Client Advisors. The role includes facilitating operational requests, building relationships, supporting wealth planning, managing accounts, risk management, compliance, and fostering team culture. Responsibilities Support Advisors’ book of business including accurate operational requests such as account opening, money movement and investment trades. Build and maintain client relationships, process requests, resolve issues, provide up‑to‑date information, and assist Advisors with ongoing wealth planning and referral source management. Manage relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely performance reports. Engage in risk management procedures including KYC, account reviews, and inquiries. Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, such as completion of required operational forms. Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines. Maintain and foster team culture. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Valid active Series 7 license (or obtain within 60 days of employment). Valid active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam if registered after Oct 1, 2018. Valid active Series 66 (or 63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license within 60 days of starting.
