We pay our Lead HVAC Residential Installer top pay of $40,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus $5,000 sign-on bonus. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays. You will also replace old ductwork and test completed installs for proper setup. Your work and customer service will need to be of the highest standard.
