We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background recruiting engineering and R&D talent, particularly within robotics, AI/ML, embedded systems, and advanced technologies . This is an exciting opportunity to partner with world-class hiring teams supporting cutting-edge innovation. Key Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, R&D, or other highly technical organizations Experience recruiting Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Computer Vision Engineers, Embedded Systems Engineers, Hardware Engineers, or Semiconductor talent 2+ years recruiting robotics or adjacent technical disciplines such as: Autonomous Systems Controls Engineering Perception Mechatronics Embedded Systems Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence Strong passive candidate sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, networking, referrals, competitive intelligence, and market mapping Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders throughout the hiring process Strong offer negotiation and candidate closing skills Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations to leadership Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities Build competitive compensation recommendations and negotiate offers Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Track recruiting metrics and develop strategies for aging requisitions Research talent markets, competitive hiring trends, and workforce intelligence Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and HR partners to continuously improve recruiting processes Preferred Experience Robotics or autonomous systems recruiting Recruiting within advanced technology, research, or innovation organizations Experience sourcing highly specialized engineering talent Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices If you're passionate about identifying top technical talent and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr The Fountain Group
