Patient Services Specialist

Responsibilities Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement. Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have. Patient registration. Handle insurance authorizations and verifications. Collect co‑pays. Provide excellent customer service. Skills Front desk Customer service Scheduling EMR Insurance processing Copays collection Patient demographics Qualifications Minimum 1+ years working in a medical front desk/healthcare field. Experience collecting/verifying insurance. Excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Ability to multitask and manage heavy workload. Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred. Strong computer skills. Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, CA. This is a fully onsite position. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
