Marketing Cloud Lead
RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD
This person will serve as the technical subject matter expert for Marketing Cloud initiatives, leading the architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise marketing automation solutions, integrations, and customer journeys. This role will bridge business objectives and technical execution, establishing scalable solutions, development standards, platform governance, and best practices across the Marketing Cloud ecosystem. Architect scalable SFMC solutions that support current business needs and future growth. Provide hands-on technical leadership across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder. Translate complex business and marketing requirements into end-to-end technical solutions. Design and develop personalized communications using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, and dynamic data extensions. Architect and support integrations using APIs, Marketing Cloud Connector, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce ecosystem technologies. 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder. 7+ years of development experience using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML. 6+ years of experience with SFMC architecture and solution design. 6+ years of experience with APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities. 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or related Salesforce ecosystem platforms. Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and integrations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
