Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record Familiar with using basic hand tools on jobsites Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life Demonstrates the ability to learn and become a lead installer Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time Work towards getting 1 of the 4 comp cards.
