Quality Manager

Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join this established and growing manufacturer in the Millersburg area! Quality Manager will manage a strong team of Quality Specialists and oversee quality assurance is a quick changing, project/development driven environment. This will include managing the QMS, leading QA activities such as audits, inspections and risk assessments, working with cross functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement, develop and guide quality personnel, take ownership of regulatory and compliance quality related matters and similar. Pay range for this role will be $85,000-$95,000 annually with bonus (10-12%).Relocation assistance may be available To be successful in this role the Quality Manager will have: Bachelor degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering or similar field 5+ yrs experience in Quality with minimum 2 yrs in leadership role Experience in highly regulated, low margin of error manufacturing industries (such as aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, medical device or similar) Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, ISO and similar quality, continuous improvement and tolls and standards Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
