Job Description Position Summary Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented to join our production team. This role supports sewing operations for high-quality products. The ideal candidate is team-focused, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist sewing operators with fabric handling, preparation, and work flow support Perform basic sewing tasks as needed to support production Load and manage cutting files and layouts for production jobs Monitor equipment performance and make minor adjustments to maintain quality Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns to supervisors Maintain accurate production records, including output and scrap Follow all company safety, and housekeeping procedures Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production tasks Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Work Schedule Full-time position Overtime as needed based on production demands Must be available for assigned shifts and occasional weekends Equal Opportunity Employer An Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. Job Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing, sewing, or machine operation experience preferred Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of material Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, moving machinery, etc.) Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Meet Your Recruiter Socorro Vazquez-Rojas HatchELITE Socorro is an incoming senior at Marquette University, where she is pursuing a degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing.
