Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures per physician orders, ensuring accurate patient positioning and protocol selection.
• Adhere to ALARA principles, monitor radiation dose, shield when appropriate, and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, monitor comfort, and respond to patient needs during exams.
• Review images for quality, adjust technique as needed, and communicate findings or concerns with radiologists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records; adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the radiology team to support efficient patient flow and timely exam turnaround.

Requirements

• Current ARRT RT(R) credential
• Current ARRT CT credential
• Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification
• Hospital setting experience preferred
• Ability to work nights in a 3x12 schedule and participate in a 13-week travel assignment
