Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license in Louisiana, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage resources efficiently, including delegation and team coordination.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to all regulatory and hospital standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Document clinical care accurately in electronic health records.

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs
