Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift (3x12 Hour)

Schedule

Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, working three 12-hour shifts per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the night shift. This role requires a professional with solid critical thinking skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, offering timely interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Manage patient documentation accurately using the Community Hospital charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of permanent experience as an RN.
• Current and active Ohio RN license or a compact license valid for starts on or after 01/01/23.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications must be current and active.
• Previous experience in charge nursing preferred.
