You’ll focus on member satisfaction and retention by ensuring timely resolution of concerns, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a clean, fully operational facility. You’ll lead performance through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while also managing staff schedules and payroll to ensure optimal coverage.
