Location: Charlotte, NC
Implementation
Serve as Product Owner for regulatory reporting and data governance initiatives, defining and prioritizing the product backlog to align with business and compliance objectives. Collaborate with compliance, risk, finance, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Ensure delivery of data governance frameworks, controls, and proper data lineage to support regulatory reporting accuracy and transparency. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, CCAR). Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews across cross-functional teams. Provide subject matter expertise in regulatory reporting processes, data quality, and governance best practices to enable compliant and efficient business operations.
